The Fridge is available for rentals! Our facility is great for your next birthday party, sports team event, school event - or any other purpose where you need a well equipped facility in Richmond. (Ask about our discounts available to community centres and schools).
What’s Included? Loads of Equipment!
- Your Fridge rental provides access to all of our equipment: basketballs, soccer balls, hockey sticks and nets, air hockey, Foosball, Nintendo GameCube, two pool tables, projector screen for watching cable & DVDs, boomin’ music and much more!
How do Fridge Rental’s work?
- Event Bookings are offered in 2 hour (minimum) time blocks.
- Payments & Waivers: the rental guest will provide a complete payment (either cash or cheque) and signed waiver to the Fridge Host prior to the starting the event. This can be done immediately upon arrival.
- Start & End Time: as an example, if your event is booked between 2pm-4pm, access to the facilities will begin at 2pm and end at 4pm
- Your Fridge Host: your Fridge rental host will introduce them self to you upon arrival and review the Fridge guidelines. Three key points:
1. All guests (children and adults alike) must be wearing gym/running shoes if participating in gym activities.
2. No food or beverages permitted in the gym; the stage area offers booth seating and a bar for eating and/or drinking
3. Guests are not permitted in behind our main counter area. Your Fridge host will help with anything located in this area.
- Set-Up: your Fridge host will have all the equipment set-up for your arrival and will ask if you require anything further. Should you require additional time before your event begins, please be sure to ask in advance (i.e. at the time of booking your rental).
- Event End: your Fridge host will signal a reminder to clean-up the event 15-minutes prior to the scheduled ending time. At this time, the rental guests are asked to gather their possessions (i.e. anything brought by the guests) and to remove all decorations and/or food.
